Do I have to be a mom to join your programs?

Nope! While our approach is mom-informed and flexible, any woman looking to feel stronger—mentally and physically—is welcome.

I don’t live in Canada. Can I still join?

Yes! All coaching is done online, and we work with women across the globe. Wherever you are, we’ve got you.

What kind of workouts can I expect?

Safe, strength-focused, and tailored to your level. We start where you are and help you build up, not burn out.

I just had a baby. Is this safe for postpartum?

Absolutely. We recommend getting medical clearance first, but the coaching is built to support your recovery and rebuilding.

Time & Pricing

How much time do I need each week?

You can start with just 2–3 sessions a week, each under 45 minutes. Everything is designed to work around your real life.

What if I miss a session or fall behind?

No problem. You’re never behind. All workouts are accessible in your private dashboard, and Cessy provides ongoing support to keep you on track—on your terms.

Do you offer free trials or refund?

We don’t offer refunds at this time, but we do have a Reset Plan so you can try things out with a low commitment. We’re confident you’ll feel the difference. Ask about this during your call.

How do I sign up and get started?

Just head to our Pricing Page and choose your plan. You’ll get an email with next steps and access to your member portal. Setup takes less than 10 minutes.
